Specific Spotting Technique

FOR TAR:

Scrape tar from fabric using dull knife. Place stain face down on paper towels and sponge with spotter. Replace towels frequently to absorb tar and prevent stain from spreading. Repeat until stain is removed, then launder.

FOR MOTOR OIL, SHOP GREASE, PETROLEUM BASED STAINS:

Saturate with spotter. Agitate with a brush or rub vigorously. Wait 5 to 10 minutes, and then launder as usual.

FOR SHOE POLISH, COSMETICS, CRAYONS:

Saturate with spotter. Agitate with a brush or rub vigorously. Wait 5 to 10 minutes, and then launder as usual.
