SPARKLE is a synthetic detergent that has been fortified with premium water conditioners and rinse enhancing agents. The result is an outstanding product for the wash tank in a three-compartment sink. Most food residue is emulsified instantly and floats off utensils upon contact with SPARKLE. After a brief soak, even sticky milk, egg, and carbonized grease can be whisked away with a brush or sponge. Suds rinse away easily. Everything from glasses to pots and pans drain and dry streak-free.

Sink #1 (Wash tank):Fill with hot water (110°F) Fill and APM #4 SPARKLE dispensed from wall mount unit.
Sink #2 (Rinse tank):Fill with clean water (110-120°F).
Sink #3 (Sanitizing tank):Fill with hot water and a No Rinse Sanitizer.
Dishwashing:Submerge scraped utensils in Wash Tank. Allow to soak. Scrub utensils (inside and outside) with pot brush or scouring pad. Rinse thoroughly in RINSE Sink. Immerse Time: 30 seconds. Place utensils in SANITIZE Sink. Immerse Time: 1 minute. Change detergent solution as soil load becomes apparent. Change rinse water often. Test sanitizer solution periodically and change as needed to maintain required sanitizer/water ratio or when water becomes visibly dirty.
Wallmount Dispensed System Operating Procedures: Turn on water source to wall mount unit. Uncap the reload cartridge. Firmly place one hand on top of the wall mount dispenser holding the cartridge from the bottom, push it up into the wall mount dispenser until the cartridge locks into place. Check that the cartridge is securely in place by pulling down gently. Turn wall mount valve to “ON” position. Fill to desired container level.
TO UNLOAD WALL MOUNT: Make sure wall mount unit valve is in the “OFF” position. Place one hand under the existing reload cartridge and press the red “To Release Cartridge Press” button and allow the cartridge to drop down into your hand. Place the cap back on cartridge and put back into storage rack. If cartridge is empty, discard according to local, state and federal regulations. Shut off water source to wall mount unit.
