SUPER PINK DISH DETERGENT should be the most used cleaning item in fine restaurants, private clubs, schools, hospitals and many other places. Instant acting suds cut soil fast. Stubborn food residue, such as milk, rings on glasses, egg and other proteins, oil on dishes, even carbonized grease and oil on pots and pans dissolves fast and floats away. Super Pink contains agents which are not sensitive to water’s calcium and magnesium salts.
After cleaning and rinsing, dishes, pots and pans can be drain-dried spotlessly. Although powerful, SUPER PINK is
gentle to the hands. When used as directed, this product will leave skin soft and eliminate dishpan hands.

SINK #1 (Wash tank): Fill with hot water (110°F) and SUPER PINK at the rate of 1/4 - 1/2 ounce per gallon of
water, depending on soil level.
SINK #2 (rinse tank):Fill with clean water (110-120°F).
SINK #3 (sanitizing tank):Fill with hot water and a No Rinse Sanitizer.
DISHWASHING: Submerge scraped utensils in Wash Tank. Allow to soak. Scrub utensils (inside and outside) with pot brush or scouring pad. Rinse thoroughly in RINSE Sink. Immerse Time: 30 seconds. Place utensils in SANITIZE Sink. Immerse Time: 1 minute. Change detergent solution as soil load becomes apparent. Change rinse water often. Test sanitizer solution periodically and change as needed to maintain required sanitizer/water ratio or when water becomes visibly dirty.
